"Dumbass of the Year" Contender? - Crooks get arrested all the time for stealing cars . . . it's practically a spectator sport in some parts of the US. So it was no surprise that Thomas Minks, 32, who has a history of jacking vehicles, was arrested for stealing yet another car. The difference this time was that Minks was on his way to court to face earlier charges . . . for stealing a car. To make things interesting, Minks apparently stole a car with a GPS system and cops were able to track him right to the courthouse parking lot where he was apprehended, but not before he allegedly tried to run over two officers and cops had to hit him with a stun gun.
